Everything we do is landlord and owner focused. Our landlords come first, before our own interests. The Bolitho Property Management culture is based on honesty and integrity. We always treat all parties with fairness and within the bounds of the Residential Tenancy Act.
In line with our honest and open approach, Bolitho Property Management does not accept letting fees from potential tenants. We believe by not accepting letting fees this offers the largest pool of tenants for our landlords to draw from. Our loyalty is to our owners and we feel that by not accepting a payment from tenants we can achieve the best results for our clients while eliminating any possibility of a conflict of interest when placing tenants.

At Bolitho Property Management we are not only experienced property managers, but investors and landlords too. As a result of these systems we consistently produce vacancy rates of less than 1%, indeed in July 2018 we had just 0.18% vacancy rate between tenancies !
Water meters are read on each inspection and tenants are charged by us the water usage between readings – with most charges running at $5-10 per week this is a considerable saving to you. There is no need to include water in the rent with Bolithos. (This can only be legally done where there is a dedicated water meter for the tenanted property.)
