No Letting Fees

Bolitho Property Management does not charge letting fees to tenants. This means that tenants actively seek out and recommend our properties. Most letting fees are equivalent to one weeks’ rent plus GST: this is an extra cost of $350-$550 for a family home. We believe that quality tenants are often people who have a number of homes available to them, landlords and property managers are keen to rent their houses to these tenants, thus by not charging a letting fee we have a competitive edge in attracting these quality tenants.

Extensive Advertising

Through our extensive advertising tenants looking for a home will always have the opportunity to view your property – we advertise through Trademe, our own website, signs onsite, email campaigns and photo cards in our office window.

Personal Viewings

Where possible, we organise individual viewings to suit the potential tenants’ schedule. We arrange these to be as soon as possible to avoid missing out on quality tenants! This way we are able to show potential tenants through faster and we have the opportunity to get to know them a little.

Bolitho Property Management is able to find your tenant quickly as we are time flexible, we advertise extensively and we do not charge tenants a letting fee. Therefore renting through us is not only more affordable for tenants but also easier.

In addition, we now have an online 24/7 booking system where tenants can book themselves into a viewing time and the property manager’s diary is automatically updated.  This allows potential tenants to do their research and communicate their wishes instantly, even outside of traditional business hours.
